International call and text charges

An International Minutes Extra can be purchased on top of any of the SMILE Plans and includes a number of international minutes. Please find the list of included destinations here.

Charges for calling an international number from the UK, or from our Europe Zone.

Customers who do not want to buy our 100 international minutes extra can pay for international calls and texts out of their top up credit.

* Calls are charged per minute and subject to a one-minute minimum call charge. International texts to to EU and EEA destinations are 6p. All other destinations are 24p.
