Getting going with SMILE if you have an iPhone

If you've got an iPhone, then getting started with Smile couldn't be easier.

We've sent you a SIM card which has all 3 different types of SIM attached to it (standard, micro or nano).

If your iPhone is unlocked, select the right SIM card, insert it into your phone and turn it on. You’ll be asked to connect to a WiFi network to complete the on-screen set up.

After everything’s been set up (or if your iPhone has been activated before), your iPhone will show the main screen. When you’ve activated the SIM card, you’ll be connected to the SMILE network.

To activate your SIM card, go online, log in to your Smile account and follow the on-screen instructions.

SIM cards should be activated immediately, but it could take up to 2 hours. Don’t worry, we’ll send you a text when you’re all good to go.

Sometimes you may need to restart your device. So if you've no signal after 2 hours give this a try.
